Hi,
As good as Windows 98 SE was, I find my Windows XP Pro far better and more
stable. My internet (I have DSL) runs noticeably faster with XP than it did
with 98 SE and I have a 450 MHz PIII! As a matter of fact, most of my
programs run faster un XP. Before you criticize Robert's program, try it and
if you don't like it, don't use it - to each his/her own. Even under 98 SE I
thought this was an excellent program....

Yuck. Unless you're running Windows XP, it requires the user to
install ".NET" another piece of Microsoft net-connectivity gunk to
operate. No thanks. I run a lean, clean Windows 98 that doesn't have
all that promiscuous crap that bloats the OS and invites infection.
 From Microsoft's description:
  What Is .NET?
Microsoft® .NET is a set of software technologies for connecting
information, people, systems, and devices. This new generation of
technology is based on Web services-small building-block applications
that can connect to each other as well as to other, larger
  applications over the Internet.
That's positively scarey. No thanks. Not on MY system.
