The beacons are atomated and occupy a single frequency in each band of
opperation. They are located all over the world and are opperated as an aid
to all HF users. You have said that you don't want to see the ham bands end
up like the CB band but now you are advocating the "I don't care about that,
just walk on them" attitude.

 That's not really the way it works on the HF ham bands. No one has sole
