Iran is also using this frequency. Possibly running over, or early, for Ramadan.

Apparently with their 500 kw transmitter from the Sirjan site.

other,
but not being certain to this moment, I can't log it, of course. Given
the music, and the Ramadan holy days, I do suspect it was Iran, most
likely.
