That's so odd, none of the databases I use show anything but that Radio
Mocambique on that frequency. They've all been updated as well.
What is your source?
I have one more question, it's about one of your receivers. What do you
think of the R7 Do you like it as well as the R8 or R8B?

There currently is no shortwave broadcasting from Mozambique, the
shortwave transmitters were decommissioned in 2001.
At any rate, it would be kind of difficult for 3280 to propagate to N.
America at that time from Mozambique...
China and Ecuador also use the frequency.
Also used by Radio Veritas out of South Africa, but not during that time
frame.
