I'm not licensed And I will only use the CB part of the radio.
The problem was, I couldnt adjust my 27Mhz antenna, in the 27Mhz range.

If you're not a licensed ham, and by the sound of your post you're not,
then
it really doesn't matter what antenna you use because you wont be
transmitting over that range anyway, will you....

If you are a licensed ham, then you should have the basic technical
knowledge to know how to get an antenna to tune to the frequencies you
need
to use, and I don't really think the 10m band covers 25 to 29 Mhz........

Just my useless bit of advice...
