Can someone that's been collecting radios for a while list a few
models that are valued the highest by the radio community? Maybe the
most difficult to get in good condition. Not so interested in tube
radios but something more modern. Like a Grundig Sat 600 vintage. Is
a radio like the 600 considered one of the great collector's radio or
are there others more valuable in your opinion. Thanks
Here's a short list of the more desirable solid state multi-band
receivers with digital displays from the past twenty years. Most of them
are portables. They're not really old enough to be antiques but they
will be some day. Some are very good performers while others are not. If
you go back farther to the 60's and 70's there are analog receivers by
Allied, Lafayette, Heathkit and Knightkit that are worth considering.
