Radio Japan is on 5975 from 0500-0600, relayed from the UK, 6110 is relayed via
Canada.

5975 is directed to Europe and 6110 is intended for Western NA.

The reason 6110 might not have been well received by you is that you may
possibly be located in the skip zone.
