Mark the box for "Broadband Over Power Line"
Scroll down and click "continue" to submit your
comments.
Be aware that all information you submit becomes
available to the public. After you submit the form
you will see this message:
"This confirmation verifies that ECFS has received
and accepted your filing. The filing you are making
is a public filing.
Any information that you submit will be available to
the general public. Filers are encouraged to retrieve
and view their filing within 24 hours of receipt of
this confirmation."
