Hi all,
Anyone that have an idea about a wire antenna (folded dipole, trapped
something, etc.) that can be used on a limited space (e.g. on a smaller roof
11*6 meter)?
I mainly use verticals but need something for local (national) 80m QSOs.

cheers,

I don't know if this would work very well for local QSOs because of
the vertical component, but this is what I intend to try at my new
QTH:

7M fishing pole with 2M PVC "waste pipe " extension then running
approx 11M wire horizontally from the top, giving horizontal and
vertical polarization components, this all fed against a buried radial
system of course. (Inverted L actually), for the price of some wire
and a fishing pole.
