Identify old Hy-Gain Vertical

the AVQ series. It has 3 traps (marked 10-15-20), and has a 4 spoke
top hat. On top of the top hat is what looks like a Hustler vertical
with a whip and a large ball on the end of the whip. Any ideas what
kind of antenna it is, and where I might be able to find any manual
for it?
