It was worse. There were drunks running around cutting people's antenna
feeds. Fights in parking lots. Gunplay on the highways.
None of which is the same as contacting the FCC and trying to get your
license revoked, which is the equivalent of contacting someone's ISP
trying to get their account cancelled.
Someone could just as easily cut your phone line/cable line and shoot
you in a parking lot.
