Pete,
I have full doc on the 1621, can copy and send as a PDF...
Just let me know!
Not sure, have some old TOKO stuff but chances are slim for anything
on the 4412 though.

Hi all,
I have, for many years, been making the RX80 amateur band receiver, as
published by G3WPO in RadCom in 1980. OK, I know, I am a slow worker.
This receiver has a main 3 to 4 MHz tuner module, switchable frequency
convertors for the other bands, huff puff vco stabilizer, FM if, and
more.
After years laying dorment, I have decided to debug the radio,
starting with the main tuner module, and I would like to find some
data on the following parts:-
1. Toko KB4412 multifunction receiver IC. This is the heart of the
receiver, the part I bought is labelled Uniden, not Toko. It is a 16
pin DIL chip, integrating the mixer, IF amplifier, and detector
sections.
2. Plessey SL1621C AGC controller. This is an 8 pin DIL IC which
generates the AGC control voltage derived from the audio signal.
I have search the web high and low, and although I have found some
references to these parts, I cannot find dats sheets for them. Can
anyone point me to the right location, or have a paper copy?
Many Thanks
Pete
