Guess this needs a bit more clarification.

Apparently he was Speaker of the Texas House at the time. Strange though that he
claims he was not contacted by a member of the Bush family, but rather a NOW
DECEASED Sidney Adger, a Houston oilman.

It is unfortunate that Mr. Adger is no longer here to shed some light on this
matter.
