Conservative author survives creamy stage-left attack

OCTOBER 22--Meet "Al Pieda" disciples Phillip Edgar Smith
and William Zachary Wolff. The Tucson men, both 24, were
arrested last night after throwing custard cream pies at author
Ann Coulter during her speech at the University of Arizona.
Portions of the pies connected with the conservative
commentator's face and shoulder, according to this police
report, which quotes Smith saying that he and Wolff
were "throwing the pies at her ideas not at her." Cops also
noted that a post-arrest search of the assailants turned
up "pieces of paper (propaganda) involving Coulter's
name and the explanation of 'Al Pieda.'"

Yeah...forget the fact that they committed several crimes, one of them being
assault against a woman, which where I come from is pretty ****ing low, even
if it was directed at Ann Coulter. What if it'd been Teresa Heinz? I'd still
decry it, but for some reason these days it's okay for democrats to
physically assault their opponents. Funny...I never hear about Republicans
breaking into campaign headquarters, breaking arms and whatnot. We'll see
how far they get with the judge when they say that they were throwing pies
at someone's philosophy rather than their person. And what about the totally
un-American spirit behind what they did, which was trying to stifle
someone's right to free speech because they didn't like the message. Oh
yeah...really funny. And -she's- the Nazi? You're a ****ing idiot, and an
un-American one to boot...just like those two dip****s that you admire so
much. It's really telling that they took the name of a group like al-Qaida,
considering what they did. My guess is the real members of that group would
be proud, as you must be. A further guess is that they needed to let off a
little steam, and chose this method since they can't do it the "usual" way.
That's alright...for their sakes, I hope they get lots of sex...while
they're in jail. And we'll just forget about the fact that it's the
taxpayers that are going to end up paying for the damage to the
facilities...guys like these usually aren't productive members of society;
it'll take years to collect restitution from them, and paying for their
incarceration is going to cost us as well.

Besides, they barely hit her with the pie...because your "boys" throw
like...non-boys. And "bytch"? Yeah...I really want your side running the
educational system in this country.
