UPS works for me. In a few days it shows up on your doorstep.

I generally use J&R _for what they have_, as they're reputable (ie fix
problems well, at least for me, on the odd time something goes wrong),
didn't lay anybody off recovering from 9/11 down the block, and deserve
support; as well as having good prices.
