Brent, Jacks right, a balun and a run of antenna wire, will get you some good
results. You could also try Par Electronics EF-SWL, which costs just a bit more
than a good balun. It's set up, with insulators, ready to go right out of the
box. You can even configure the transformers ground, at the feed point, which
is equipped with two grounding terminals, and a shorting connection. All you
need to do is try each of the grounding options, and see which one works best
for reducing noise. I've got one up on the roof, and it works very well...nice
