Brain fade time, but I vaguely remember a description in one of the
hobby electronics mags (PE, RE, or Monitoring Times) about a system that
the stations can use to determine which antenna angle gives the best
results to their target area by picking up backscatter and determining
where their signal is going. (Obviously before the time when they could
stick a receiver on the Internet and just listen).

Anybody know any details?
