I am trying to get a username/password from ILG and I always end up at the
Forbidden screen. My request is never sent to ILG for consideration. My
network provider is Road Runner at San Antonio, not one of their listed
undesirable providers. Any ideas as to why I cannot get past their first
screen?

I have my own firewall setup with a Linksys router which provides me with
an IP address. Could this be part of the problem? If yes, how do I get
around it?
