As Bob said, get the dbase IV with DOS graphics version.
The RLDB data files are in a special folder under My Documents.
Put ILGSDATA.DBF in "My Documents Fineware RLDB"
Run RLDB and click "file import ILGradio"
Look for the file you just put in the above named folder.
