It remains to be seen (tested in court) if shortwave listeners have any
right to hear foreign broadcasts, free from local interference created
by BPL. This will be determined if/when someone sues a BPL company for
interfering with shortwave reception. It will probably be a ham' (ARRL?)
not an SWL that starts this litigation process.
