Many of our modes are already outdated, that's not the point though, they
are still a part of our hobby and it should be required to have a knowledge
of them. Not publishing the answers may be an answer, but I doubt it will
fly anymore.

the answers for all to study. That would force potential and upgrading
hams to
actually learn instead of memorize.
