Dear Arie: It has always been a bit tricky to post on that list. I
suspect that the security settings are too high.
The few times that I have managed to post, I received automated messages
complaining about formatting issues that are not under my control.
It continues to be a valuable resource.

has to 'scan' the message.

However after this reply nothing happens. An email to the Nec-list
administrator is also not answered.

The username and password seem to be OK, because I can enter the
archives without any problems.
