Have you tried contacting the Hamvention about this issue? Complaining about
this on the newsgroups is not going to fix your issue. You need to contact
them so they can attempt to fix your issue. Then if they don't do that you
can complain. There is still plenty of time before hamvention to get this
issue resolved.

My only connection with hamvention is I spend 3 days a year there. Not quite
