You may wish to join the FT-8800 and FT-8900 user's groups on
yahoohgroups.com. The FT-8900 is a lot more active and most of the
posts relate to the -8800 too. The -8800 group is rather small.

Neither is high traffic.

The archives have reviews of the different software packages,
accessories, operating tips, undocumented features, etc.
