According to

it should be pin 9 of the
MC13371. Did you tap the right point?
not sure, but THANK YOU for the info!!!
Do I need to use any dropping resistor or make up a network to isolate
it from the sound card input impedance??
I always use a resistor between 5k6 and 15k, but that's merely to
protect the discriminator output from short circuiting during
(un)plugging.
