The bible is not proof Al! A book can say anything.

True, a book can say anything and some of them say practically nothing.
But let's consider the Bible for a bit.

It was written over a period of about 1600 years by about 40 different
authors.

It has changed the lives of more people than all the other books in the
world - combined!

Much more could be said here, but I'll conclude with this. Look for the
new message called "A Tribute to the Bible". No, I did not write it.
It was copyrighted in 1963. YEP, you King James Only folks, it's the
King James Version - - and it's COPYRIGHTED!!!! This was one of Gail
Riplinger's arguments against the NEW versions. They were written so
men could make money on them. Like SHE wasn't making money on her
book(s). ...Like THEY were not copyrighted. Copyrights are to protect
the author so they CAN make money on it. Anyway, so much for that also.

I did not write this "tribute" but rather found it in a Dake Bible which
is KJV and was copyrighted in 1963. I don't know if it originated with
him, existed long before him, or if he modified someone else's work.
Point is - I will post it, but won't even pretend to "own" it. :-)
