Is this wishful thinking? Well over 60% of Dx spots are CW on Dx summit.
Hams like G3SXW on operate 100% CW.

The spoofer understands the terms quite well, but you apparently do not
understand their common use.
On a similar note, hams don't use Morse code transmission.
