not the point anyway, i think that the alternative is raising awarness
by education on the subject, getting attention to the public about
these thing,
as for china, a civilisation wich had for century exluded other, by
even bulding a wall, does not want anyone to bother them, it's another
way of thinking, literaly.
If you really think about it, no civilization wants anyone to 'bother' them.
That's what weapons and walls are for.
