CBC used to be channel 10 but not anymore, that station (CFPL-TV)
disaffiliated from the CBC a few years back. A good thing as channel 10
would be a lost cause today. (CBS's digital signal is on 10 and would
clobber the Canadian station) I don't know why you're seeing Pax, my
guess is you're seeing a leak out of the cable TV system. Pax's
over-the-air channel in Cleveland is 23.

CBC channel 10 was out of London, Ontario. The new CBC channel in
London is 40. You might also try channel 56 (Kitchener, Ont.). A few
other CBC channels that might work but are somewhat further afield are
9, 20, 42, 44, and 45.
