Thanks for the info. I saw the configuration for the 28v
winding in the prints. No corrosion that I can find, and
nothing coming out of the trans on the 29v leads. Only
possibility is that it's open at the connection point.
So.....you're right, the hypersil trans would be a great
addition. This is the 2 tube model, but a good amp.

Onward, we'll see what he wants to do.
