Dear Sirs,

My name is Steven Robeson. I participate in a USENET
discussion group
known as "rec.radio.amateur.policy", which is a group for licensed
Amateur
Radio Operators to discuss matters pertaining to Amateur Radio
regulatory
matters.

For the last several weeks, one of your members, Mr Todd
Daugherty of
Taylorsville, IL, has been using the group to promote wanton violation
of
federal regulations and to make threats against other citizens.

In this latest round, he has started taking pornographic
pictures and
superimposing our faces over the pictures.

Here is one specific offending item wherein he has done so
with me:
