sort of valid reference, but you;ve balked at that one, too.

Practically all first responders use cell phones. Cell phones are
often how a person is initially notified that they are in an
emergency
period. The military relies on them quite heavily.

Cellphones are NOT unlicensed devices. YOU do not have to have a
licnese for it, but the entire cellphone net operates under various FCC
licenses. See "Common Carrier".

Also, when you first made your assertion, I asked you if you meant
Part 15, Part 95, etc, and you said "Yes, of course". So...Still
waiting.

You claim, I ask you to validate the claim. You refuse. No
facts
= invalid claim.

If a fact isn't presented then the opinion is wrong? You da man!

"I believe that ARES will not be able to respond to future
emergencies due to the greying demographic" is an opinion.

"ARES is dependent upon graying old men who can't respond to
emergencies" is an assertion.

It really is quite simple to see that you claim people's opinions are
wrong. Then you start the "liar, liar" routine. It's all archived.
Again and again.

And you still have not come completely clean.

You made "statements of fact" that were nothing BUT opinion.

You continue to refuse to validate your assertions unless you are
NOW stating that all they were WAS opinion, and nothing BUT opinion.

However it's taken you MONTHS to get out from under that rock,
which leads me to believe that this is your only perceived avenuse of
