period. The military relies on them quite heavily.

Cellphones are NOT unlicensed devices. YOU do not have to

licnese for it, but the entire cellphone net operates under
various
FCC
licenses. See "Common Carrier".

Also, when you first made your assertion, I asked you if you
meant
Part 15, Part 95, etc, and you said "Yes, of course". So...Still
