Well Reg... I'd just use the formula which incorporates the velocity factor
of the line (twin lead)--cut the line a bit shorter then 1/4 wave, short one
end and place a required Xc at the other end... but, now I know where to get
a program to double check me--and, for some strange reason, I just trust ya!
