I am waiting for when the FCC eleminates the tests to upgrade, wogie.
Then I can just send in an FCC form for the Extra, like you did for your
restricted radiotelephone operator permit.
Who-ha, wogie worked real hard and got an FCC Restricted Radiotelephone
Operator Permit (no license), took him a week to figure out how to fill
out that FCC form. Had to get the six year old next door to help him
fill it out. Then Riley and the FCC make wogie retake his amateur exam
because wogie violated the FCC rules. So wogie runs down to the license
give-away VE session where the answers to the tests are given and gets
his Extra-lite. Yessir, real accomplishment there wogie.
