Got a ham here that's blind, won't work, wants everything handed to
him, spent his HF radio money on a new computer, canceled his
high speed internet because he couldn't afford it (spent his wad
on the new computer) and wants someone to give him a record player
so he can make his records into CD's.

He's told us on 2 meters, his only band, that he worked once, didn't
like it, and won't do it again. He brags about all the stuff the
state will get him (didn't pan out!!!). He gets up at 4:30 in the
morning just to talk to the folks driving to work. I laugh my ass
off when one of the guys brags about the HF contacts he makes
while driving.

He won't buy a used HF radio because he bought a used radio once
and it had some problems. I've bought broken 2 meter stuff cheap,
fixed it and sold it. I picked up a broken IC-2100 and fixed it
with a part from a broken HTX-212. I kept the IC-2100.

Maybe you should have a talk with him. Oh yeah, he's one of those
hams that bought himself a vanity callsign, too. You two should
see each other eye to eye!

He's an atheist that always says, "God bless America" at the end
of the old farts net when he's net control, that hypocrite!!!
