government can TAKE YOUR HOME and

hand it over to a commercial developer based

on NOTHING MORE than the claim that it can
generate more tax revenue as commercial

property (Kelo v. New London).


Ain't that a bitch? I was totally surprised by the manner in which the
justices rendered their opinions, especially the way they voted.


Maybe Dave will come out of hiding and make
up some excuses to defend this latest

example of his neocon fascism.
