anyone have a list of frequencies used by casa grande and eloy arizona

I noticed on the trunk of the Casa Grande PD cars there are two
different antennas... on appears to be a VHF antanna for 155mhz while
the other is either for low band (its longer with two loading coils)
or it's for 800mhz (les likely)

appreciate any help in figuring out what the longer antenna is used for
