Unfortunatly you are correct in that observation.
Even formerly safe suburbs in and around my
beloved Montgomery Co MD are racking up
weekly car theft stats like pancake stacks at
the IHOP and domestic/disorderly calls on the
PD scanner are going thru the roof each weekend.
