Lets Get Real: (but you go on ahead and get metaphysical if you like)
I felt pride and accomplishment when I made eagle scout, when I
graduated HS, again when I got my BS, again when I got my MS, again when
I married my wife, again as my son was born, again when I made senior
programmer, etc, etc, etc...
When I finally challenged and defeated the morse test, I was only ****ed
at a bunch of old farts who would waste my time with such a silly and
demeaning "rite of passage."
