Have you ever seen a "gentleman ham" recently?

Something happened to all the old guys who welcomed new members into their
ranks?

Held instruction/tutorials at their homes and public forums.

Instructed rather than wished to control others...

It is a real shame, but the caliber of amateurs is equal or below the chicken
banders in this brave new world...
