When you activate Win doze XPee it sends details of several pieces of
your hardware to MS to build the activation code. Each time you re-start
XPee this code is checked to see if 'significant hardware changes' have
been made.
MS say this is their way of ensuring any XPee disk is only installed on
one PC, but if you don't go along with it you'll find that the XPee
set-up that _YOU_PAID_FOR_ becomes unusable after 90 days.
