matters other than addressed in the NPRM. Those include one that
is obviously a "joke" entry.

Note: The DATE RECEIVED block on the ECFS Search Listings is
running on Eastern time zone and the calendar date for all
Comments is set accordingly.

To date, the average definite-opinion NCTA:PCTA ratio is 481:182
or 2.6:1 ratio. This excludes all 81 "in-betweener" Comments.

5 August 2005 is the 13th day of submitted commentaries. A notice
about FCC 05-143 or Docket WT 05-235 has NOT YET BEEN MADE in
the Federal Register so it is unknown if these 13 days of Comments
will be accepted by the Commission for decision on any Report and
Order. Stay tuned...the future of U.S. amateur radio is being
made, like it or not.
