don't have ANY kind of "buddies" at the FCC.

Secondly, how do you know they didn't "look" at your application?

In order to have dismissed it as being out of the filing window,
they had to know when it was filed.

Maybe Carnac the Magnificent read it through the envelope?

And again, I bet they DID consider your license AND waiver, and
then came to the conclusion that all of us here have...That you're a
ranting, irresponsible, immature little punk who was NOT to be trusted
with the public interest.

Which raises the question how you got a ham license?
