I heard because it can burn your whole house down in a matter of
minuets. No - Just kidding...
I have a feeling if there was a recall its maybe the power supply in the
unit that uses AC Current was not made right or is up to specs and
probably could cause a fire. They dont recall cb radios for anything
else but for AC power only.
