More important, how much are you willing to water down the written
tests to reach that goal?
As usaul you turn the question upside down. the written should gaged to
that needed in order toallow those americans there rightfull access,
while preserving the abilty to operate safely
wether that results in rasing or lowering the level of the tests I
doesn't matter to me, nor I suspect to John
