Not all ISPs set all of their newsgroups to receive or propagate or allow
downloads of attachments from news posts. There was no image on my news
server for either of your messages. My ISP has set an error message that
says it allows binary attachements only in binary newsgroups (FYI) if I
try to post a message with an attached file to a newsgroup not set to
accept attached files.

Otherwise, consider placing the file in an http-accessible directory and
write the URL in your post.
