To query the Comcast modem, use IE (Mozilla don't work) and type in
the following URL 192.168.100.1

You should get a screen that looks like the attached .doc file.


That address works with the Scientific-Atlanta WebSTAR DPC2100 cable
modem, but only the "System" button is active, and it comes up as the
default.
