And how come there are so many HAMS acting like rules don't matter?

Just like society. Every group in society, whether race, religion, occupation,
sports, etc, has it's bad apples. Nothing you can do. Hell, one of the AKCs here
that is a loud opponent of using more than 4 whats, has a criminal record for
jamming repeaters and not paying child support. But he'll kill anyone using more
than 4 watts.

was thoroughly disappointed when I saw one post where a ham advised a
CBer that an illegal 250 watt amp would be better for him than an
illegal 75 watt amp. It's very sad.
