I received a Pro 96 from Santa this year.It replaced my Pro 39. I would like
to listen to the Detroit city police dept.but I was told that the scanner
can't decode the signals. Has anyone figured out how to program the scanner
to do this? I have the win96 program and it is excellent.Any help will be
greatly appreciated. Detroit is where the real stuff happens and the local
police are getting boring.
